Kermis in July 🎪😎 2026
‘𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐬’ is a word (Dutch origin) for an
outdoor ✅ festival ✅
raising money for a cause ✅
Originally inspired by my own, late in life adhd diagnosis and a lifetime of fighting anxiety & depression 🙋🏼♀️ I started hosting “Kermis in July” as my, Happy-Hours-way to support the community in a quest for good mental health ♥️
It’s “KIND OF A BIG DEAL”
We all need help in different ways. I feel VERY STRONGLY that educating yourself, communication, and gaining new perspectives ⚠️ benefit everyone.
For me— Seeking professional counseling and clinical diagnosis brought much needed ‼️ validation, realizations and the right tools to keep working on myself.
