Blind assessment: Lively, delicate and sweetly floral. Red currant, white peach, cocoa nib, hibiscus and mandarin zest in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy acidity; delicate, silky mouthfeel. The finish is long and refreshing, carrying sweet-tart fruit, florals and cocoa nib into the long.

The bottom line: A graceful washed Pink Bourbon that pairs vibrant red fruit and floral lift with exceptional clarity, lively structure and a lingering, elegant finish.

When we evaluated this coffee we were buzzing from the first sniff to the final sip. This is a stunning coffee and we instantly knew we had to bring some in to share with you.

Vibrant, deeply fruit-forward. Blackberry, pineapple, cocoa nib, orange blossom and fresh sugarcane in aroma and cup. Juicy, sparkling acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is exceptionally long and resonant, with notes of tropical fruit, cocoa nib and citrus flowers.
