We are currently not processing suppressors until we can get confirmation and clear guidance on how we should proceed following last night’s court ruling.
At this time, we will continue using the e-File system as usual.
We made this decision because we want to make sure we remain fully compliant and do not put our license at risk while everything is being clarified.
