I'm gonna hold your hand when I say this: I know people really want to sell their clothes. And I'm pleased as punch when people say: "that's great that you're so popular!" Thank you, truly 🥰 But, also: people need the money, they're wising up to the fact that donation bins are basically a gateway to a landfill, and they're fed up with selling online.
I know people are disappointed to hear that appointments are booked several months in advance. If and when we get to a place where we can take more appointments, we'll let you know 🌟 immediately.🌟 In the meantime, please take advantage of the walk-in option! We love seeing your surprises!
Another thing you can do to help is consider taking store credit as a payout method. Keeping money in the door allows us to grow and buy more. Stay tuned for an update on store credit - coming later this week!
