Hiiiiiii!!!!!!!👋👋

After 3 years of being open this is my first time actually introducing myself on the internet 😂 I mostly feel awkward on here and putting myself into posts, it can be hard to feel like your personality translates online and most of the time I just feel silly 🤪 but I feel like now is the time to show more of myself and the real person to those who haven’t met me. In a time when we are scrolling through a mess of AI slop I think it’s important to see people doing real things, making real art, living outside of the internet…while on the internet. Do people still say Internet? Idk

Anyway! I’m Erin I’m 35 and I’m a goofball 80% of the time. I really enjoy being artsy fartsy with my friends and being outside. I have a massive sweet tooth, and love trying new things. Before I opened The Forager I was a nanny for almost 10 years, and before that I worked lots of random jobs but mostly retail jobs in the mall. I grew up in a very small town in Indiana (where the OG Village Forager is) and have lived in Nashville for 10 years. I don’t know how to play any instruments BUT I did shred the clarinet in high school. I love to find cute shops and thrift and really it’s how I already knew about so many local brands, artists and other independent makers when I opened the shop 😊
