Sometimes the only photo you get is the one after everyone has finished creating. 🧢

This was the scene after a **Mini VIP Trucker Hat Bar**.

Guests chose their hats, selected their patches, and created personalized trucker hats during the party. Once everyone was finished, we straightened up what was left and managed to grab this one photo.

Smaller activations like this are especially fun because guests have time to browse, customize, and really make their hat their own.

A Trucker Hat Bar is a great interactive option for VIP parties, corporate events, employee celebrations, conference receptions, incentive travel groups, and private events.

Last week we got to bring our **Vinyl Record Spin Art activation** to a new outdoor event space in Nashville. 💿🎨

Guests chose their colors, added paint to their spinning records, and watched their designs take shape right in front of them.

And because Nashville likes to keep us humble, the humidity decided our paint didn’t need to dry quite as quickly as usual. 😂

That little challenge didn’t stop anyone from having a great time.

Every record still turned out completely different, and guests got to experience the fun of creating something that was entirely their own.

Vinyl Record Spin Art is a great interactive activation for corporate events, conferences, incentive travel groups, DMC programs, receptions, VIP experiences, and Nashville destination events.

We’ve been sitting on a pretty exciting secret. 🤠

Southern Gifting Co. is heading out on a three-city adventure with CBS|Paramount+ Marshals leading up to the Season 2 premiere on October 4!

Our first stop is Louisville, Kentucky, and judging from the set they’re creating, this one is going to be FUN.

We’ll give you a few peeks along the way, but we’re saving the full story for later. 👀

Next stop after Louisville? Home sweet Nashville.

When you hear **Ernest Tubb Record Shop + Southern Gifting Co.**, you’d probably guess we brought the Vinyl Record Spin Art. 💿

We went in a completely different direction. 🤠

For this event on Broadway in downtown Nashville, guests got to experience our **Bandana & Bolo Tie Bar**.

They chose their favorite style, made their selections, and left with a personalized piece that fit the Nashville setting perfectly.

That’s what we love about interactive corporate event activations. The experience can become part of the destination itself.

A Bandana & Bolo Tie Bar is a fun option for:

🤠 Nashville destination events
🤠 Corporate conferences
🤠 Incentive travel groups
🤠 VIP and client events
🤠 DMC programs
🤠 Welcome receptions
🤠 Private corporate parties

For meeting planners, DMCs, and corporate event planners looking for a hands-on Nashville guest experience, we bring the activity AND the takeaway.

Smaller group. BIG creativity. 💿🎨

We recently brought our Vinyl Record Spin Art activation to a group of company award winners, and they had a blast creating their own one-of-a-kind pieces.

One of the coolest things about this experience is that there really are no duplicates. Guests can choose the same colors and still end up with completely different finished records.

That unpredictability is part of the fun.

Vinyl Record Spin Art gives guests something to DO during an event, something to talk about while they’re doing it, and something personalized to take home afterward.

It’s a great interactive activation for corporate award celebrations, employee recognition events, conferences, incentive travel groups, VIP experiences, meeting planner programs and DMC events.

Football season is here, and clear bags are headed back to the stadium. 🏈

Why not let your event guests create one of their own?

Our **Stadium Bag Bar** is an interactive corporate event activation where guests select a clear bag and personalize it with straps, ribbon keychains, accessories, stickers, and other fun details.

With crossbody bags, f***y packs, backpacks, and other styles, guests can create something that fits their personality AND comes in handy later.

Football games.
Concerts.
Festivals.
Venues with clear bag policies.

Instead of another generic event giveaway, guests leave with something they had fun creating and can use long after the event is over.

The Stadium Bag Bar is a fun option for corporate conferences, conventions, incentive travel groups, employee events, DMC programs, sports-themed events, and VIP experiences.

We were hired for one very specific reason:

**Help bring people to a client’s trade show booth.**

So we brought the Bandanas & Bolo Ties. 🤠

The client selected how many pieces they wanted available each day, and both days we were completely out shortly after lunch.

Safe to say the booth traffic part worked. 😂

Guests were able to stop, choose their bandana or bolo tie, personalize their look, and leave with something they actually wanted to keep.

And one attendee gave us an unexpected request: could we turn one of the bolo ties into an accessory for their cowboy hat?

Absolutely. You’ll spot the finished hat in the video.

For trade show exhibitors, corporate event planners, meeting planners, DMCs, and conference organizers looking for creative ways to increase booth engagement, interactive activations can turn a standard exhibit space into a destination.

Labor Day is more than the unofficial end of summer. It’s a day to recognize the generations of American workers whose skill, determination and hard work have helped build our communities, businesses and country.

Today, we’re especially grateful for the people who work alongside us at Southern Gifting Co.

From packing and loading to traveling, creating, engraving, setting up and taking care of our guests, there are a lot of hands behind every experience we bring to life.

So today, we celebrate our team and workers everywhere whose contributions deserve to be recognized.

Happy Labor Day.

And for activation #3 of the day... we went BIGGER. 🤠✨

This Cowboy Hat Bar gave guests even more ways to make their hats their own.

First, choose the hat.
Then add custom engraving.
Then head to our designers to finish it with embellishments.

The fun part is watching completely different hats emerge from the same activation. Some guests keep things simple. Others decide there's no such thing as too much personality. We support both. 😂

Our Cowboy Hat Bar with engraving brings interactive personalization to corporate events, conferences, incentive programs and special events nationwide.
