We want to give our customers a heads up about some major changes coming to federal h**p law:

Federal legislation is changing the definition of legal h**p and will significantly restrict many of the h**p derived products currently available across the nation.

As of now, with the upcoming changes set to take place, we will not have any infused products available for purchase in the shop after November 11th. We don't know what will happen between now and the deadline, but we're watching closely and hoping for a better outcome for our customers, our community, and responsible h**p businesses 💚

Unfortunately, this means many of the products we currently carry will or may no longer be federally legal to sell. Even if South Carolina continues to allow certain products under state law, federal law still applies, so we'll still have to remove products that no longer meet federal requirements.

We're really hoping Congress takes another look at this before the new restrictions fully take effect. There is currently bipartisan legislation, the Lawful H**p Protection Act (H.R. 9830), that would create a regulated framework for h**p products rather than eliminating much of the current market.

If you care about keeping access to legal, tested, and responsibly sold h**p products, please consider signing the petition and making your voice heard.

As October quickly comes to an end, we want to remind our patrons that changes to federal h**p laws are approaching. Certain restrictions are scheduled to take effect November 12, 2026, with additional changes taking effect December 11, 2026. Unfortunately, these changes have already been signed into law, and many of the products we've been able to offer our customers will no longer be permitted once the changes take effect.

We're here at the shop every day, and we'd love to see you! Sometimes, life gets so busy that we forget to slow down and appreciate the little things - stopping to smell the flowers, catching a beautiful sunset, or sharing a good laugh over drinks with friends.
