We swapped the tequila for Split Rock Organic Bourbon Whiskey and added fresh raspberries and honestly… no notes.

This is what we mean when we say gin season ☀️🍓

Our Organic Barrel Rested Gin gets the summer treatment with raspberry, Aperol, citrus, and plenty of ice. Bright, refreshing, a little bitter, and very easy to enjoy somewhere sunny!

Raspberry Aperol Gin Fizz 🍹

1½ oz Split Rock Barrel Rested Gin
¾ oz Aperol
½ oz Royal Rose Raspberry Simple Syrup
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 dash bitters
Sparkling water to top

Shake everything except the sparkling water with ice. Pour over fresh ice, top with bubbles, and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon.
