We made purchasing containers EASY and CONVENIENT. We now have a website, dropped less then 24 hours ago!

That’s right, current inventory at your finger tips. Options to order even when we don’t have it on the lot. By doing that, you can receive pictures as we get them in or come take a look. Many options. Payments online. Pay later options. Rental options. We have it all.

We love feedback, so even if you’ve ordered containers with us in the past. Feel free to drop in the comments some thoughts on it.

A LITTLE PATIENCE GOES A LONG WAY 😏

First, we want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all of our customers who have been patient and understanding with us while we make some big changes at Newport Container Sales & Rentals. ❤️

We’re currently integrating a brand-new website and payment system with direct links, and while we’re excited about making things easier and more convenient for our customers, getting everything up and running takes a little time. And just a friendly reminder… we are a TWO-EMPLOYEE operation and a couple drivers. One employee being the owner and the other his sister in law he thought was a good idea to hire and deal with everyday. Who wants to deal with their sister in law EVERYDAY.😂 That’s right, just two people doing the ordering, sales, scheduling, paperwork, payments, customer messages, and about 47 other things at the same time… and a few people handling our deliveries including Nik.

To everyone who has been patient with us: THANK YOU! We genuinely appreciate you more than you know. We are not robots, delivery times can be pushed out as we do not have a direct, clear road free of other drivers or helicopters for deliveries. ❤️

To those who get impatient, complain, or act like we have a 30-person customer service department hiding in the back office… we appreciate your understanding too. We promise we’re not sitting around ignoring anyone, we’re just two people doing our absolute best to keep everything moving and finding our new system out.

We’re growing, improving, and working hard to make things better for everyone. A little patience and understanding goes a LONG way.

Our wonderful competitors keep reporting our advertisements. It freezes the account for several weeks. I wont mention names beause it isnt hard to figure out. That is the poor character and lack of professional standards of people in this industry.
