We’re looking for an experienced Tent Installer / Crew Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who knows tent installs inside and out and is ready to lead crews on event setups including weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and work alongside a crew installing and removing pole and frame tents
- Square and set pole tents accurately and efficiently
- Install event equipment including tents, stages, dance floors, lighting, tables, and chairs
- Load, unload, deliver, and return equipment to job sites
- Drive company vehicles safely to and from events
- Cleaning and maintaining rental equipment
- Interact professionally with clients on-site
- Enforce company safety standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on tent installation experience (required)
- Proven ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Strong understanding of pole tent squaring and frame tent setup
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
