Our neighbor is hiring! Please read through the description as it is not a typical boutique job.

We are not hiring. Still just us 2 owners over here and our occasional helper (Dad)😊

WE’RE HIRING.
Apparently, we need adult supervision. Which is unfortunate, because we’re the adults. And quite frankly, we’re doing our best.

We’re looking for another person to join the chaos at The Loft at 36 Eleven!

Now, if you’re picturing a cute little boutique job where you fold sweaters, sip iced coffee, and occasionally tell someone they look adorable… you’re not entirely wrong.

But there’s also a decent chance you’ll be burning cowboy hats, loading a trailer, working an event with thousands of people, or helping us figure out where the hell we put something we JUST had.

We’re looking for someone who:

•Can strike up a conversation with just about anyone.

•Has a good sense of humor. Bonus points if it’s slightly inappropriate.

•Sees something that needs done and just does it.

•Isn’t afraid to jump in, get their hands dirty, or learn something completely new.

•Gets genuinely excited about traveling to big events, meeting new people, and being right in the middle of the action. We’re talking crowds, long days, loud music, and a whole lot of fun mixed with actual work.

•Can work both in our Norwalk shop AND travel with us to events, including weekends.

•Understands that setting up and tearing down an event is part of the gig. Yes, that means lifting, loading, unloading, and occasionally questioning how we accumulated so much stuff.

•And can handle a little chaos without immediately updating their résumé.

We’re a small business doing some pretty big things, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of what’s next.

Experience is great. Personality, work ethic, and common sense are even better.
