Happy birthday to artist Yves Klein born April 28, 1928.

Inventor of the color International Klein Blue, a levitating man in space, Judo expert, performance and happening pioneer, Yves Klein was a poetic showman and master of immaterial art.

He is the subject of the novel Blue Postcards by Douglas Bruton our reading group selection for May.
