‼️ Hey everyone!

Wanted to jump on here and ask that tomorrow (Friday) you make an effort to get out and support a brick and mortar business in downtown Opelika.

Summer is a slower time for some of our small shops and with the rain/tropical weather this week it’s hit pretty hard.

Our downtown historic business district is a special place and it takes a lot effort to make it what it is. If everyone shows up for us you’ll be helping all the small cherished things you love in our community! Please share! 🙏🏼

Made a little mini hat for the Jamie Lomax | Pacific Knit Co. doodles hq mini challenge using Queen City Yarn latta. It’s the first time I’ve done the spiral crown so I hope I did it right and I think I also messed up on the doodle but that’s okay.

Hey everyone, we plan on closing at 4:30 for an inspection of my house. We have flooding every time it rains like this and we have an appointment at 5 for someone to give an estimate. However, I’m not sure if it’s raining if he will still come out. For now we plan on closing and apologize for any inconvenience, this was earliest I could get someone to come out.

We will reopen tomorrow for normal WIP Wednesday hours!

A couple weekends ago, I picked up my sweater for the first time after a long break and Auburn baseball started playing better til last weekend but I’m still trying to work on it every day or so when I’m not tired. I just finished the last doodle I had started before the break and now I think I’m to the sleeve separation but I’ll have to check the pattern.

Garden Haul!

Lavender, Cubanelle Sweet Pepper, purple pepper that I might have picked too early 🙃

I also realized today that I got pickling cucumbers instead of big cucumbers so I thought it would get bigger but it turned yellow. I read that you can still pickle it so I’m going to try that this weekend at my aunts house.

Hey everyone! We are postponing our cross stitch workshop until Sunday June 21st. We will be closed this Sunday so that I can visit family out of town. We will probably have some afternoon shop hours on Monday!
