Stop by our table for sweet treats. Every purchase goes directly to Grupo Moriviví, which supports women affected by breast cancer here in Philadelphia.

The Hermanos of La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc. welcome the start of National Hispanic/Latino Heritage Month—a time to celebrate and reflect on the histories, cultures, and contributions of our diverse communities!

September 15 also commemorates the independence of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua from Spanish colonial rule in 1821. As we begin this month of celebration, we honor the generations who fought for self-determination and those who continue carrying our cultures, communities, and legacies forward.

Elite Hermanos, Elite Futures After Penn, our Hermanos continue to raise the bar.

This past May, H. William Ayala graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with his Bachelor’s in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE). Soon after, he became a residential director for the Pre-Freshman Program (PFP), which he assisted in developing and laying out the program’s curriculum! Soon after, he began his fellowship at Co-op, where he is a fellow in their digital marketing program!

This graduate embodies Hermano Excellence, proof that La Unidad Latina builds leaders. Congratulations to our Hermanos!
