A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO OUR VALUED WARDROBE CLINIC CUSTOMERS
Dear Valued Customer,
It is with a very heavy heart that I must inform you of an important change regarding Wardrobe Clinic Custom Clothing.
In 2025, I suffered a serious injury that has required extensive rehabilitation and recovery. Over the past year and a half, I have been working through significant physical challenges and pain. Although treatment and medication have provided some relief, I continue to experience difficult and painful days that have affected my ability to work at the level that custom clothing requires.
Custom tailoring and bespoke clothing are extremely hands-on. They require hours of standing, sitting, bending, moving up and down, fitting clients, taking measurements, cutting, sewing, pressing, and carefully completing each garment. As a one-person tailoring and alteration operation, the physical demands have become increasingly difficult for me.
Because of this, I must temporarily stop accepting new orders for custom suits, bespoke clothing, and custom-designed garments until further notice.
If you have recently requested custom clothing services from Wardrobe Clinic, we will respectfully decline the order at this time. For customers who have already provided deposits or payments toward custom clothing, your refund is forthcoming.
I want to be completely transparent with you. The serious decline in my ability to operate the custom clothing side of the business has created significant financial challenges for Wardrobe Clinic. Our available funds have become very limited because of the loss of business and the continuing costs of operating the company while I recover. As a result, refunds may take time to process.
I sincerely apologize for this situation and for any inconvenience or disappointment it may cause. I understand that many of you have been patiently waiting for your garments, and I am deeply grateful for your patience and understanding.
Most importantly, thank you for believing in me.
For more than a year and a half, you have continued to support Wardrobe Clinic and trust me with your clothing. I do not take that trust for granted. You have been more than customers—you have been part of the Wardrobe Clinic family and part of my journey as a tailor, designer, and entrepreneur.
It is very painful for me personally to step away from custom clothing because this work has been such an important part of my life. My hope is that, with continued rehabilitation and recovery, I will become strong enough to return to custom clothing and serve you, your families, and future generations of Wardrobe Clinic customers.
Until then, I ask for your continued patience, understanding, and prayers as I work toward recovery.
Thank you for your loyalty. Thank you for your patience. And most of all, thank you for believing in Wardrobe Clinic.
With sincere appreciation,
Ron Wilch
