Four years ago this was one rack built from cheap lumber in a garage, because nothing on the market fit real saltwater gear 🎣 Posted it on Facebook, had a paying customer in two hours, and quit talking myself out of it. Now the shop stays full, the queue stays booked, and every rack still gets built like that first one — by hands that would rather do this than anything else. No regrets. Just sawdust.

Send this to the guy still sitting on the thing he’s supposed to be doing.

Clients that order one say the same thing a month later: should’ve bought more 🎣 Big Daddy went full custom — SeaDek wrap, Freeman marlin, boat name on both sides, colors matched to the vessel (and more custom racks already headed their way). Nobody regrets the rack. They regret not ordering more.

“We f*cked up” — first words out of half the guys who call this shop 🎣 They swore they’d do it faster, better, cheaper. It cost more, looked worse, took twice as long, and the rods still ended up on the floor. Now they’re licking their wounds and calling the guy they should’ve called in March. We don’t judge. We just win.

You wouldn’t upgrade your girl’s rack in the garage — quit trying to build ours out there too.
