Oko is a small women-owned and operated vintage and antique jewelry shop in Portland, OR

OKO is a testament to centuries-old craftsmanship and unique design traditions from all over the world. Through finding and displaying one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces from our travels, we’re able to bring back a bit of each place with us for you to enjoy. We specialize in rare jewelry and objects from Europe, but there’s no telling what you’ll find inside these walls. We have everything from Native American silver, Mexican modernist works, and vintage folk jewelry to fine Victorian and Georgian-era pieces, plus contemporary jewelry from local designers. We believe the jewelry we house here tells stories about the people and places that created it, and we’d love nothing more than to share that story with you.

We sell most of our chains and pendants separately, but we thought these two beauties should be united forever! 💞 The pensive cherub is French, from the Art Nouveau era. It’s made of gleaming bloomed 18k gold, while the station chain is Victorian 12k gold.

This breathtaking vintage necklace is made of finely twisted 14k gold which appears to have been spun into luscious oversized solid gold links. The gold has been tightly twisted to form a solid link, while retaining a thread-like textile quality. At 20.5”. It drapes beautifully across the collar, forming a stunning and unique layer of gold and texture that is perfect for daily wear. (52.3 grams!)

There’s nothing like a line-up of kooky old mine cut diamonds, and the little old single cuts between each one really highlight their particularities. This ring is from the turn of the twentieth century, and it’s a nice size 10.5!
