👥 Maximum Capacity: 40 Players

Every participant receives:
⚡ Three (3) Limited Pack WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 booster packs.

🚨 The event will be using the current Forbidden & Limited List.

Whats the prizing?

The 1st place winner of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 Celebration Event tournament will receive a Promo Card Envelope.

The other Promo Card Envelope will be given away randomly amongst Duelists who participated in the event. (The winner of the tournament is not eligible for this prize)

FAQ

1) Is it going to be pack per win?
Answer: No this wont be a pack per win event.
2) Can I sign up to the raffle without playing the event?
Answer: Yes you can, the sing up process is the same. You must stay until the end of the event since the raffle will happen only after we get our undefeated first place.
3) Is there going to be a winner pack?
Answer: No, there wont be a winner pack for the undefeated player.
4) Can I sign up as a guest?
Answer: No you cannot, you must have your Konami Neuron app download and sign up with your email of preference.
5) Can I sing up ahead of time?
Answer: No you cannot, sign ups are first come first serve.

The Comic Asylum is hosting our next RCQ (Regional Championship Qualifier) for Magic the Gathering Saturday, August 15th, 2026 at 10:00AM

This is a 2-SLOT Event and will have 2 Invites given out. The tournament will be run as Standard Constructed - Competitive Format.

Players who earn multiple qualifications in a Round may participate in both Regional Championship events.

Deck lists and access to the Magic Companion App are required.Please have it downloaded prior to arriving at the shop.

We will have a Judge handling calls, & in-house staff helping with deck checks.
Event will be Standard format using the appropriate swiss rounds based on attendance & a Top 8 Single Elimination Playoff round.

All 48 Participants will receive 1 Copy of "Sunpearl Kirin" Full Art (Non-Foil) Promo Card.

Prizes*:
After subtracting the Judge & SCG Kit cost, 50% of the Pot will be paid out in store credit to the Top 9 Players.

Antiquities Booster Pack!!!
If we have 40 + Players for our RCQ, then as an extra PRIZE, each player in the TOP 8 will make a blind pick from the 8 face down cards from a sealed unsearched ANTIQUITIES BOOSTER PACK and keep their pick.
The Pick order is based on the Swiss ranking after the last round prior to starting the Top 8 games!

The % Breakdown will be stated below.
1st-16th WILL Receive a Non-Foil Extended Art Pinnacle Starcage Promo Card!
1st & 2nd Place Winners Each receive 1 FOIL Extended Pinnacle Starcage Promo Card, 22% of the Prize Pot & a SCG invite to the Championship.
3-4th: 15% each
5-8th: 6% each
9 th Place 2 % Consolation Prize
