The Rodanthe Pier exists solely for the enjoyment of the fine people that love to visit, vacation, and live on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, whether they love or live to fish or just enjoy the beach. It is our intent to provide the atmosphere necessary to nurture that experience for the entire family.

No Fishing Licenses are

required for those who fish on the pier. Daily Passes
Fishing for Children 10 and under - $7.00/day
Fishing Ages 11 and up - $12.00/day
Live Bait Fishing (pin rigging) - $15.00/day
Sightseeing - $2.00/day
Fishing Pole Rental- $10.00/day

Weekly Passes
Fishing - $60.00/week
Live Bait Fishing - $75.00/week
Family of four - $180/week + $40 for each additional
Sightseeing - $10/week

Military and Senior (over 62) discount: $2.00 off on daily fishing passes

Season Passes
Family Fishing Season Pass - $400.00 (for up to 6 people)
Couple Fishing Season Pass - $300.00
Individual Fishing Season Pass - $200.00

House Passes
Up to 6 people - $500

Unlimited - Prices are based on the number of bedrooms in the house: Up to 4 bedrooms is $600, 5 or 6 bedrooms is $800, over 6 bedrooms is $1000. Passes will allow all people renting the house to fish or sightsee on the pier - no limit. The houses will be listed on this website for people to research where they will stay.

Channing Mentzer will be on the deck tonight 7-9pm weather permitting. Looks like rain will stop around 5pm and wind will die down, so it should be a nice evening. Come on out and enjoy some music, cold beverages, ice cream and a nice evening stroll on the pier.
