These two homes were once headed for demolition. Today, they have been fully renovated, restored, and given a second chance.

This transformation was made possible through the collaboration of the Southeast Nebraska Land Bank, BB Brothers Contractor, the City of Falls City, and local businesses, working toward a shared goal.

Instead of being demolished, these properties can now provide quality housing for families, generate property tax revenue, and contribute to stronger, revitalized neighborhoods.

This is what can happen when a community works together. By combining our resources, skills, and commitment, we can accomplish far more than any of us could alone.
