I was in the middle of pinning up a project when a friend of mine came by to show me this great contemporary piece by a Santo Domingo artist. The smaller size and the turquoise in the thunderbird really appeals to me. Had to grab a quick photo, it looks so good on the denim jacket! Don’t you think?

Also not to be missed, Neil Zarama Neil Zarama who’s had a busy year with his fabulous RL collaboration is showing at La Fonda hotel on the plaza. My friend was taking the photos when she made a crack about how tall he is next to me( who isn’t! ) and he bent over for the next one and I lost it! Any way , don’t miss a chance to meet all these incredible talented people who are here in Santa Fe for Indian Market.

Debbie Dockter Carroll Worrell Gallery had an opening show that’s up till the 24th. If your here in town don’t miss it! Last nights opening of the show brought out some of her fans, as these openings tend to do. Mary Mirabal | Abstract Artist was on hand as were the guys from Santa Fe Antique Mall wearing some of their favorite pieces for mine and other’s pleasure. Maybe he”ll post that fabulous bracelet! And, an antique car show right outside the door! Oh baby!
