Clothes sell better when they are clean, washed, and wrinkle-free. Check every item carefully for stains, pet fur, broken zippers, missing buttons, and torn hems. If you wouldn’t want it in your own closet, it probably isn’t ready for the sale!

You can put multiple similar items together on one hanger! For example, 2–3 pajamas, shirts, or pairs of pants can be hung together and sold as one group. Just make sure everything is securely attached and clearly spelled out on the tag.

All clothing and most accessories must be placed on hangers —including swimsuits, pajamas, and costumes. When facing the item, the hanger should look like a question mark (?), with the open end of the hook facing to the left. Pants, shorts, and skirts should be secured to the hanger with safety pins. Items that fall on the floor don't sell: trust us.

When you generate your tags, they will automatically create a PDF with six tags per page in landscape format. Leave the page orientation and other settings as they are. No need to resize or rearrange anything, we need tags to be consistent.

When printing your tags, keep your printer setting on “Normal” quality – not “Best” or “Draft.” The ink needs to be dark enough for the barcode to scan correctly. If your tags are too light or too dark, they may not scan, and that slooooows down the checkout process for everyone.

Tags must be printed on white cardstock that is at least 60 lb. We're not just being picky, regular printer paper is too flimsy and can cause problems during the sale. If your tag falls off, we can't sell the item, and then everyone is sad. Stock up before you start printing – and don't forget to check your ink levels, too!

All items must be entered by the deadline listed for the sale (Monday at 11:59PM). After the deadline, you will only be able to view and print your tags. Give yourself plenty of time to enter, review, and prepare your items.
