Due to the extreme heat inside this building I will close early this week at 2:30 each day. Yes, the A/C runs 24/7 every day of the week but when it gets to 85 in here, I simply can't do it. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Customer brought in several foam style trucker hats and transfers from who knows where asking me to apply them.

I asked for the instructions.

None available. 🤦‍♀️

I had no clue of pressure, heat nor time .

So....totally ruined 3 hats out of 12. Got aggravated at the lousy quality of said transfers. Small pieces would not adhere correctly in place or not at all.

Turned the design over to my graphics guy and had total success. Looked 1000% better and I knew how much time, heat and pressure to use.👏👏

Problem....I bought 2 hats at Hobby Lobby.
Had to snag the other one in Garden City, SC while on vacation and in July 4th traffic.🤦‍♀️

Hats turned out great. Did I lose money.. yes, never charged her over the quoted price. Did I gain a forever customer ? Yes, indeed. 🥰

This dress was brought in from another company and the monogram wasn't right. They failed to put her whole monogram and only put a single "C" which is her last name. Well...we all know to look at it you would think the little girl's name started with a "C". 🤦‍♀️
