We are NOT open on Wednesday this week, but we are open starting next Wednesay, September 9th! And we are looking for volunteers! Please sign up (and bring friends) for any Wednesday night this school year! We would love each school PTA to sign up for 2 Wednesday nights to help us get clothes on students! We need little kids size 5/6 sweatpants and underwear for elementary school nurses! They are all in our wishlist, but you can order them from anywhere, and used is also fine! Please reach out if you need more info (like an address for delivery if you don't order from our wishist). Thanks for your support!

We served 20 families today! They were able to get free clothes and shoes and hygiene items for their students. Thanks to all of our amazing donors and volunteers! We got to reconnect with some families, and meet some new ones. Keep the donations coming! We are low on adult men's coat, size L, XL, XXL, and girls XL underwear.
We are NOT open this week on Wednesday, our first Wednesday night is Sept 9th. See you then!

We can be tricky to find! This may help.
The Works is located on the north side of the Shoreline Center at 18560 1st Ave NE, Shoreline, WA 98155! Enter the north parking lot off of 1st Avenue NE (just south of the tennis/pickleball courts). Once in the parking lot, drive straight until you have to turn right. Then as you continue straight ahead, past the maintenance building, you'll see our blue door and the sign for The Works.

Reminder, we could use some extra volunteers on Sunday! Just show up!

We will be open on Sunday, August 30th from 9:00 a.m. until noon for back to school shopping for Shoreline School District students. Please arrive by 11:15 in order to have time to shop. Plan on spending about 30 minutes shopping to make room for other families.

We would love to have volunteers during this time to help us sort donations and volunteers to take discards to thrift stores. No need to sign up, just come! We will also be accepting donations from 9:00 to noon on the 30th.

Our regular Wednesday hours will start on September 9th, we will be open from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. when school is in session. Thank you to all of our volunteers and donors for helping put clothes and shoes on Shoreline students!

These would be excellent donations for The Works! Seen at Costco in shoreline today. Sweatpants and sweatshirts are always popular for students. We start at size 4T and go through adult sizes. Thanks for your support!

Please sign up to help get backpacks and school supplies to shoreline students! There is one sign up to help sort supplies at Shoreline Center on Wednesday, 8/26 from 8-11 am, and one sign up to pick up supplies from Shoreline Center on Thursday 8/27 between 10am and 1pm and deliver to your school of choice! Thanks for you help.
