We’re so excited to introduce something new at Align Holistic! Join us for our FREE Community Sound Bath on Wednesday, September 23 from 6:30–7:30 PM!

At Align Holistic, we truly believe that holistic healing and wellness should be as accessible as possible for all individuals. That’s why we’re so happy to offer this monthly Community Sound Bath completely FREE of charge. Everyone deserves a space to rest, reset, and take care of themselves.

This will be a monthly offering held on the 4th Wednesday of every month—a space for our community to come together, relax, release stress, and simply take a moment to reconnect with themselves.

Immerse yourself in the peaceful vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments as you settle into a calming, meditative experience for the mind, body, and spirit. 🌙

Here at Align Holistic, we LOVE crystals… but we might love crystal fun facts even more.

Don’t know if your shungite is real? Try scrolling on your phone screen with it!

That bright orange “citrine” you just bought? Baby… there’s a good chance that’s heat-treated amethyst.

Those gorgeous gold specs in your Lapis Lazuli? That’s pyrite!

And did you know?

Black Tourmaline can actually become electrically charged when heated or put under pressure.

Fluorite can glow under UV light—and the word “fluorescence” was actually named after fluorite!

Moonstone’s glow isn’t actually inside the crystal—it’s caused by light scattering between layers within the stone.

Malachite was once used as a pigment for green paint and cosmetics.

Rose quartz gets its pink color from tiny mineral inclusions inside the stone—and some rose quartz can even fade after long periods of sunlight.
