Made my own butter tonight out of cream from my jersey cow. I will be practicing on making more so I won't have to buy it in the store. I'll also be drinking and making more things out of Candy's milk and cream.

We have been eating some good salads, wraps and sandwiches with our fresh romaine lettuce. Love the fresh produce.

Made vegetable stock today. Had 6 gallon bags saved of all my vegetable scraps. It tastes pretty good.
