Wondering how to bring your bottles back for a refill? It’s a common question! We happily refill bottles that are clean, dry, label-free, and cork-free. Our favourite way to clean them is with a bottle brush and Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds, both of which we sell in the tasting room. And no worries if you want a new bottle every time, as we are always happy to give you a new one! Just recycle your old bottle and come on by.

August 2026 Newsletter

We can hardly believe it! Our first anniversary is here and we're excited to celebrate with our customers.

First, it's been a rough couple of weeks for Spokane. We'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who – on top of doing your part to support our city during the fires – carried on through the smoke and everything this month to continue supporting our small local business... without you we wouldn't be here! And to continue the positive momentum we are celebrating our anniversary this week with a rare special deal:

From the 25th to 29th of August, we'll be giving away gift cards worth $10 for every $100 purchased in our tasting room and online, usable on future dates. To spread the positive gift of good food and health we're encouraging customers to share their gift cards with family and friends.

By the way, did you know there's parking behind the tasting room? It's not expensive and it is free after 4pm as well as all day on weekends!

Tuscan Herb + Sicilian Lemon
Chimichurri Verde + Hot Honey (spicy!)
Garlic + Neapolitan Herb
Wild Mushroom & Sage (with cheese + butter)
White Truffle Olive Oil (with cheese + butter)

Hint: Add a little pasta water back to the pasta; then coat the pasta liberally with olive oil (and vinegar if using) and mix; finish with fresh grated cheese such as parmigiano reggiano. It's super easy and very tasty!
