A Heartfelt message from Royal Rhinestones

Hello everyone,

I wanted to personally share some important news with you.

Royal Rhinestones has meant so much to me over the years, but what I have treasured most are the relationships and friendships I've built with so many of you. Your loyalty, support, and trust in me and in Royal Rhinestones have meant more than I could ever put into words.

Many of you may not know that I have been dealing with a number of health issues, and I've reached a point where I need to take more time to focus on my health and make sure that you continue receiving the customer service you deserve. After a great deal of thought, I've made the heartfelt decision to pass Royal Rhinestones into new hands.

Finding the right people-people who would genuinely care about our customers and this business the way I do was the most important part of this decision. That is why I'm so happy to introduce you to Hailey and Robin, who will be taking over the business.

Hailey and Robin have been loyal Royal Rhinestones customers for years and are deeply involved in the dance community. Hailey is a Dance Coach/Teacher/Attorney and Robin was a Co-founder of Pom Pony. That is why they understand our customers, the importance of quality and service, and what makes Royal Rhinestones so special.

Effective October 09, 2026, Hailey and Robin will officially take over Royal Rhinestones and begin this exciting new chapter.

Most importantly, nothing will change for you as our customers. Royal Rhinestones will continue operating as usual, and you will continue to place your orders the same way you always have. You can expect the same high-quality products and personal customer service that have always been at the heart of Royal Rhinestones.

Although I am stepping away from the day-to-day operations of Royal Rhinestones, 1 am not disappearing. If you have any questions during this transition, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will continue to be available as needed to help make this transition as smooth as possible for Hailey, Robin and all of you.

I feel incredibly confident knowing that the next chapter of Royal Rhinestones is in such capable and caring hands. I know Hailey and Robin will continue to love and grow this business while taking wonderful care of all of you.

This is certainly bittersweet for me, and I cannot thank each of you enough for being part of this journey.

Royal Rhinestones would never have become what it is today without all of you, and I will forever be grateful for your friendship, loyalty, and support.
