4U Adult Day Service, LLC 4U Adult Day Service has a location in each Wood and Portage Counties serving the developmentally di It is all about the members!

We are an adult day service working with the developmentally disabled population in Wood and Portage counties. We have two locations now to service more of this population as needed. We love to work with other services to create the best program for the individuals that choose to use our service as a part of their programing.

WR 4U photo dump! We did some silly NOT back to school photos in honor of the first day of school. We did some team building with partner crafts, mocktails, hairstyling and a special delivery from our friends at the SP 4U. We started our Friday a little unsure of the alpacas but by the end of our tour we were at ease! 🦙

SP 4U photo dump for this past week. We had a waffle lunch for National Waffle Day,made some sunflower crafts and the ladies made sunflower hair clips. Had some outdoor time when the weather was good and went on a number of outings---those photos posted separately.

We celebrated our (camera shy) staff Ayden’s birthday by pulling off a secret “dress like Ayden day” While he was gone on an outing. He somehow manages to keep showing up and making a difference in each of our lives even on the hard days! He effortlessly brings positivity and a sense of calmness that can be felt through the entire building. His compassion, dedication, and ability to make people smile are just a few of the reasons you are so special to 4U.
