August means the return of our watercolor classes with Jen from Bleu Works! Jen will be teaching three classes this month! Each class is only $25 or $20 per class if you sign up for all three!

Jen’s classes are super relaxing and require no experience! Grab your favorite beverage from our neighbors and join a group of amazing ladies to unwind and paint!

Carrie is cleaning out her overstock of vessels at the Candle Bar, and we need your help doing it! For this Saturday, August 8th only, ANY vessel is only $25, no matter the size!

The best part besides the savings, is all the vessels are refillable! Help us make room for all the NEW vessels coming this Fall & Winter!

Friends, I’ve been enjoying the time in my studio SO much this week! 🥰 If you’ve been following along in my stories you know I’ve been having trouble with my Glowforge. Thankfully my husband is handy and I’m back up and running… again! 😆

Carrie & I are so excited to donate our first Live Auction item to CASA DeKalb County, Inc.’s 50 Men Who Cook Event!

This incredible event features 50+ men from the community who bring their best dish for guests to taste and vote for their favorite in each category. Categories include Appetizer (sponsored by Syngenta), Side Dish, Entree and Dessert. Professional Chefs compete in their own category.

Enjoy good food, a cash bar, entertainment and raffle, all to raise money to support CASA’s work of advocating for children who have experienced abuse or neglect in DeKalb County.

During this event you’ll have an opportunity to bid on a Candle Pouring Experience with Vuur Lont Candle Co. for 8 people! Your experience will also include cocktails donated by our friends at MVP Sports Bar & a charcuterie spread from Say Cheese - Picture Perfect Bites! We can’t wait to create a magical evening for the winning bidder!

❤️ Pocket Hugs are now restocked!

When I was younger I remember my mom making our peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. After spreading the peanut butter she would create a heart with her knife and then put the sandwich together. I don’t know why but the memory stuck with me. I knew there was something special about my sandwich that no one else could see.

When Carter started bringing his lunch to school I created these Pocket Hugs so I could surprise him with something special. Over the years I’ve loved hearing the stories behind why you’re purchasing one. As long as you all keep finding reasons, I’ll keep making them! 🥰
