With several food vendors now closed and Chido’s preparing to move out at the end of May, we will be adjusting the hours for our Springfield location. Starting this week, OH! Boba Springfield will no longer be open on Sundays, and beginning in June, we will also be closed on Mondays.
To be honest, this has been incredibly difficult and emotional for us. Over the years, we have poured our hearts into building this small business in Springfield from the ground up. We have an amazing team. Every drink, every waffle, every long day and late night has come from a place of genuine care, hard work, and a deep appreciation for this community. We have always tried our best to provide not only quality drinks and food, but also a welcoming place where people can feel happy, comfortable, and cared for.
The support Springfield has shown us through the years means more than words can express. Because of you, OH! Boba became something much bigger than just a boba shop to us.
Starting in June, it will primarily be justSushi Hikari Moe , Momo Mart and us remaining in Myer’s Market, and while the future feels uncertain right now, we are not giving up. We are sincerely asking for your continued support during this challenging time. Every visit, every order, every kind word, and every share truly makes a difference for a small business like ours.
Thank you for standing with us, believing in us, and allowing us to continue doing what we love. We truly hope to keep serving Springfield for many more years to come.
COhatch has closed four food concepts inside Myers Market in Springfield, including Champion City Grill, Fountain Brews, Dough Re Mi Pizza and Chido’s Cantina, according to COhatch owners.
“We’re in the process of reinventing Myers Market to meet the increasing demand for meeting and event space … (and) still working through the details,” said Tania Lehotay, partner, lifestyle group and head of development, who noted the space consists of nearly 12,000 square feet and holds up to 150 guests.
The other businesses inside the market - OH Boba!, Sushi Hikari and Momo Mart - will remain open for now, while Chido’s Tacos will remain open until the end of the month.
