🌵🐾 Living with Wildlife at Green Things

Sharing the desert means sharing space with some pretty amazing wildlife! From bobcats and king snakes to tarantulas, these visitors are an important part of our Tucson ecosystem.

If you spot wildlife around the nursery—or in your own yard—the best thing to do is observe from a distance and give them plenty of space. Never approach, feed, chase, corner, or handle wild animals, and keep children and pets safely back.

🌿 Respect their space, enjoy the moment, and let wildlife stay wild. You never know what you’ll see at Green Things!

We spotted this tarantula enjoying the shade house—apparently even Tucson’s eight-legged locals know a good place to escape the sun! 😂🌵
