Today's adventure is making Paprika for the first time.

Paprika is typically made of red bell pepper but I wanted to make it with a yellow, orange, and red bell pepper (total of 3 bell peppers with stem and seeds removed). I did a rough chop to get small enough pieces to fit in my food processor and it took a while pulsing on high for the peppers to be cut small enough for my liking.
I spread the blended peppers evenly on some parchment paper in my pie pans (obviously a baking sheet would be better but I'm working on replacing mine lol), and then put them in the oven on the dehydrate setting (if you dont have this... dont worry. Just prop your oven door open with a wooden spoon and put the oven on 150°F) It's definitely not ideal with the heat but it's an option.

It should take about 2-6 hours. See yall later 🙂

Attempting Garlic powder for the first time!

Recipe calls for thinly sliced or finely minced garlic. Spread out evenly preferably on a baking sheet pan but I had to throw out my old baking sheets so instead I did a couple pie pans 😅. Put it in the oven at 150°F and prop the door open with a wooden spoon or if you got a fancy oven with a dehydrate setting then just put that on 😉

Garlic should be dehydrated in 2-6 hours!
