Today’s lunch special is our take on a Chopped Cheese.

We’re using our own house-ground Certified Angus Beef, made from the trimmings off the Prime Ribeyes, Prime New York Strips, and Tenderloins we cut right here in the shop.

We griddle it up with melted mozzarella and provolone, then pile it onto a poppy seed roll with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Good beef, good cheese, and a good hearty sandwich for lunch. Come get one while they last!

Our house-ground Certified Angus Beef smash burger, made from Prime ribeye, Prime NY strip, and tenderloin, topped with:
