Today, Saturday, June 6, is THE DAY! Come join us at the UAA Campus for the 34th annual Run for Women! Bib pick-up, last minute registrations and merch sales begin at 6:45am. The 1-mile starts at 8:30am followed by the 5-mile timed and untimed. Don't miss the fun and the pinkalicious party! Lots of activities, food and goodies set up in the Quad to enjoy before and after your run/walk! Lots of parking available. Let's do this! 💖

Since there are so many new faces on here I figured I’d come and reintroduce myself 🙂
I’m Lauryn! I’m a 27yo SAHM mom of 3 boys, and the sole owner/artist/marketer/social media manager/ laser tech/ and book keeper of Ak Daisy Chain. You could say I wear all the hats lol. When I’m not making earrings im chasing after my crazy little boys, making funny videos on TikTok, playing Minecraft with my husband and kiddos, or my favorite sitting in my bathrobe drinking some coffee listening to Fleetwood Mac, Enya or Florence and the machine.
I started this business in 2021 as a way to make a little bit of income and mostly help dig myself out of postpartum depression as a first time mom. It was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made.
Over the past few years this business has truly blossomed into something I never could’ve imagined it would. My earrings that I draw, transform into laser cut files, hand paint/stain, and put on hooks can be seen all over the state of Alaska and even some parts around the continental US and Canada! Anytime you purchase from me or any retailers carrying my items you are directly supporting me and my family. I could truly never do this without all of your love over the years. We are coming up on 5 years in business this July (which is ABSOLUTELY WILD). Here’s to many many more years of doing this 🤍

Hi friends! Been a little MIA over here recouping after the holidays😅 We’ve officially entered what I deem as a slow-relaxation season but at the same time we’ve also entered✨summer market sign up season✨
This summer I will be tapering back on how many markets I do to spend more time with my kiddos, and focus on more consignment and wholesale orders because they allow me to be home❤️ Does that mean I won’t be in ANY markets, nah I’ll do some. Especially during the holidays. But last year made me take a hard look at exactly what I needed to change, and look at where my stress was coming from. And for me it was markets. The cost, the schedule, the set up, having to figure out childcare (which is difficult af as a SAHM), long days, and not guaranteed sales. With that being said, reframing and not over extending myself in the new year is the move I believe.
With that being said, once I have an official-small market schedule, that’ll be posted! Love you all and thank you for supporting my business after all these years❤️
