For years, this started with a simple idea.

A way to carry a small piece of the Maine coast wherever life takes you.

I grew up on the docks of Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, where my father spent more than forty years lobstering. His boat still sits in the harbor today. That way of life inspired everything we've built at Real Claw Co.

Each piece is responsibly sourced from Maine's coastal lobster communities and finished by hand. No two are exactly alike.

Today we're excited to open our online shop and share that story with people beyond the coast.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged us along the way. We hope you'll find something that reminds you of your favorite place, your favorite season, or someone you love.

My father lobstered here for over 40 years.
His boat still sits in the harbor today.

Growing up around these docks taught me that the coast isn’t just scenery — it’s tradition, work, and memory all tied together.

Real Claw was built to carry a small piece of that forward.
