Local La Panciata Bakery Sicilian bread grilled with Cabot cheddar, stacked with sliced turkey, crispy bacon, and fresh Macintosh apples then finished with our honey mustard maple drizzle, made with local Graham Farms Maple syrup. 🍁

Sweet, savory, smoky, a little crisp, and one of those sandwiches where you take a bite and just smile. 😊

It's simple, comforting, and packed with Vermont flavor.

What a storm we had! Not to often we have to take a day to open roads and fix lines to just pull taps. Luckily our farm just missed the line of travel from the tornado by 1.5 miles. Missed the store by a quarter mile. We sustained minor damage that we can see but enough to keep us busy repairing. Mostly roadways blocked. But every sugar maker would probably agree that with something that powerful ripping through, some big repair is lingering at the farthest point of the woods that hasn't been found yet! 🤣🤣
