It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Creative Embroidery, Inc. will be permanently closing its doors at the end of the business day on September 15, 2026.
This was not an easy decision. Unfortunately, due to the challenges of today's economy, we have no choice but to close our business. While we are saddened by this outcome, we are incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and trust our customers have shown us throughout the years.
Please note the following important dates and information:
1. Embroidery Orders: We will continue to accept and complete embroidery orders through September 15, 2026. Effective immediately, all orders placed, including those for business customers previously on account or payment terms, will be COD and must be paid in full at the time of pickup. Customers with outstanding balances must pay their account in full before any remaining embroidery orders will be completed or released. After September 15, 2026, we will no longer be accepting embroidery orders.
2. Digitized Logos: Customers who have paid to have their logo(s) digitized must request their files no later than September 17, 2026. After that date, there will be no way to retrieve them. Customers with five (5) or more digitized logos will be required to provide a thumb drive or external hard drive for file transfer. Please contact our office in advance and let us know when you will be coming.
3. Outstanding Balances: Any business customer with an outstanding balance on account or existing payment terms with Creative Embroidery, Inc. must pay all outstanding invoices in full no later than September 10, 2026.
We sincerely thank each and every one of you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. It has been our pleasure to work with you and be a part of your businesses, organizations, schools, teams, and special events over the years.
The relationships we have built and the trust you have placed in us have meant more than words can express. We are truly grateful for your support and patronage.
