This week is going to have very exciting celestial events, and most are happening in one day! This Wednesday, August 12th, we will have a 6 planet alignment, a (sadly very partial, if you live in Virginia) solar eclipse, the Perseid meteor shower, and a New Moon in Leo.
Which planets will be aligning? Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. You will be able to see them line up in the night sky (we recommend a telescope to see them all properly). Expect the alignment to give us a bit of a cosmic reset, a deeper connection to your spiritual path, and a gateway to our deeper personal manifestations.
The meteor shower will be better seen outside of the city towards the north East sky. The meteor shower and the new moon will help us release our old habits and help break ourselves from past limitations. Expect to see 60 to 100 meteors each hour!
The new moon in Leo and the meteor shower are going to work together for us, which after last Mercury retrograde, I think we all need this. It'll give us time to reinvent ourselves, break us of things holding us back.
Make sure you have everything you need for this Wednesday! Moonstone, selenite, snowflake obsidian, and labradorite will remind us to cleanse the past, encourage us to take a moment to think before acting, gentle grounding, and new opportunities. Incense, or burning herbs, such as our in store made Sandalwood, lavender, and rosemary (herb in a fire resistant bowl).
