The T-Spoon Café is getting a new look! 🛠️☕️ The cafe will be closed for renovations from this Monday, 7 September, to Friday, 18 September, while the team works behind the scenes to freshen up the space.

Impress Dad like you own the pub! 🍗🍟 This Father’s Day, bring the Aussie pub classic home with golden crumbed chicken, rich marinara and plenty of melty mozzarella, made easy in the Sunbeam Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven from Harvey Norman. And because Dad’s not getting a tiny serving… the dual-zone design lets you cook the chicken and chips at the same time! 😉 Get the recipe ⬇️

Ingredients:
🍗 2 chicken breasts
🥚 3 eggs
🧂 Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder + Italian herbs
🍞 100g Italian breadcrumbs
🍅 500g marinara sauce
🧀 120g shredded mozzarella
🌿 Fresh parsley
🧀 Freshly grated parmesan

Method:
🥩 Pound chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season.
🥚 Dip chicken into the egg mixture, then coat generously in breadcrumbs.
🔥 Cook the chicken in one zone of the Sunbeam Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven at 200°C for 12 minutes, while the chips cook in the other zone.
🔄 Flip the chicken halfway through, spoon over marinara and add mozzarella.
🧀 Return to the air fryer until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
🍟 Plate up with crispy chips over rocket, then finish with fresh parsley and parmesan.

Pub dinner at home? Dad's definitely going to approve! 🍻
