Vacation mode: officially over. ✈️📚

That means it’s back to real life for me—patients, charts, coffee… and, of course, books.

The Book Haul is back and we can’t wait to see everyone this Saturday night, July 11, at from 6pm-9pm!

We’ve added new reads to the shelves, and we’re keeping the used book sale going—3 for $10—so it’s the perfect time to stock up on your next TBR.

Spent part of today exploring Orlando the best way I know how… hopping from indie bookstore to indie bookstore. 📚✨

Three bookstores later, I came home with these gems that will be keeping me company during my cruise. 🚢📖

There’s just something special about discovering a new bookstore in a new city. Every shop has its own personality, curated shelves, and stories waiting to be found.

Now the only question is… which one should I crack open first? 👀

40 trips around the sun. ✨

Yesterday, I spent my birthday exactly how I wanted to: surrounded by good food, good books, the people I love, and of course my doggos. ❤️🐾

I spent yesterday being present, soaking in the moment, and reflecting on the life I’ve built—the highs, the challenges, the lessons, the adventures, and the people who have shaped me along the way.

Forty feels a little different. Not because I have everything figured out, but because I’ve learned to appreciate the journey, embrace the imperfections, and be grateful for what truly matters.

Here’s to the next chapter. 📚✨❤️

June 4th is a pretty special day around here. ❤️🐾

Today, Mr. TBH and I are celebrating 18 years of marriage — and somehow the universe decided that wasn’t enough excitement because it’s also International Corgi Day.

Running a small business, working in healthcare, and navigating everyday life is a whole lot easier when you have people (and pups) who cheer you on through every chapter. 📚
