Congrats to Jacob and Roxanne! 💍✨

We loved being part of their story. Jacob and Roxanne chose this 4.93ct radiant-cut together. Then Jacob added a few surprises of his own: a hidden halo and Victorian-inspired milgrain detailing, set in two-tone 14K yellow and white gold.

Seeing it on Roxanne's hand in their engagement photos makes it extra special. Thank you both for trusting us with something so meaningful, and for sharing these beautiful moments with us 🤍

There are only a few moments in life when you get to be this intentional: designing the dream ring, and planning the dream proposal 🕯️.

This story started with both Ihsaan and Maheen in the studio together. She explored stone shapes and settled every detail, right down to the thickness of the band.

Then things went quiet for a while. He wanted to keep as much of the surprise as he could.

Finding the right stone took real work. The radiant cut we landed on has the deepest sparkle you can imagine. Think maximum crushed ice. 🧊

He also wanted a hidden halo, but instead of diamonds he chose flush-set peridot, a stone that’s part of their story.

Inside the band is a private engraving and two flush-set birthstones: a diamond and a deeper-toned peridot. The darker green sets it apart from the lighter peridot in the halo.

You could feel how much love went into it.

Ihsaan proposed in a setting straight out of a classic Hollywood romance.

Congrats to the happy couple. We’re grateful to have played a small part of their story.

October’s birthstones refuse to pick just one colour.

Opal holds tiny spheres of silica that split light into flashes of colour, so no two stones ever look the same. Every turn of the hand shows something new.

Tourmaline comes in more hues than almost any other gem: pink, green, blue, and "watermelon" stones that hold pink and green in a single crystal.

How they wear (Mohs hardness scale, diamond = 10):

🍉Tourmaline: 7–7.5. Durable enough for everyday rings.

⚪️Opal: 5.5–6.5. Softer and more delicate, so we love it in pendants and earrings, or in a protective bezel when it's set in a ring.

She came to us ready to give her longtime wedding set a new chapter, but there were a few things that absolutely had to stay.

The two rectangular green tourmalines and many of the small round diamonds came forward from her original rings, joined by a new round lab diamond she gifted herself.

Getting the layout right took some time. We explored asymmetry, more organic arrangements, even a wax model she could try on before casting. Eventually, the design found its shape: two gold shanks framing a collection of bezel-set stones through the centre.

And then comes one last addition, a yellow moissanite, chosen to represent her son.

Meanwhile, we were also working on a “something blue” ring for her daughter’s wedding day and her daughter’s wedding band. Add a few visits from their dogs and this really did become a family affair. 🤍

Theo came to us with a designer’s eye and a very clear goal: get every detail just right for Nat.

One of the final touches was also the most personal, two subtle “L”s worked into the design for their cats, Lenny and Lucy.

Hearing that Nat was “over the moon in love with the ring” made this especially sweet for us too.
