Trinitarian doctrine! How to speak about God? What is the relationship between the three persons of the Trinity? Tune in to find out more.

God is the Creator of time and space, existing beyond all temporal sequence and limitation.
Within the Trinity, there is no “before” or “after” — the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit eternally coexist in perfect unity.
This video explores how God’s eternal nature reshapes our understanding of creation, eternity, and divine relationship.

God is love. But love requires relationship.

If God were a monad, love would collapse into self-love.
If God were merely dyadic, love could remain exclusive — like husband and wife closed in on themselves.

The Trinity reveals something greater:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit existing in eternal communion, overflowing love, inviting creation to share in it.

We were made not just to exist… but to participate in divine communion.

How can God be One and Three at the same time?

This short video explores assumptions about the mystery of the Holy Trinity through the lens of Oriental Orthodox theology.

First two assumptions: (1) God is Perfect and (2) God is incomprehensible and ineffable.

What does that mean? Watch for more insight.

What did the Fathers actually agree on—and where did they allow freedom?

In this video, we explore Patristics, the idea of patristic consensus, and the place of theologoumena in the life of the Church. We also look at the three Ecumenical Councils received by the Oriental Orthodox, and how they shape doctrine, unity, and faithful interpretation today.

Where is the line between what must be believed and what may be discussed? And how do we remain rooted in the mind of the Fathers without reducing theology to private opinion?

Watch, reflect, and join the conversation.

Where do we go to learn about the faith? Scripture or Tradition?

From an Oriental Orthodox perspective, Scripture and Tradition go together. The canon didn’t fall from the sky—it was received and preserved within the life of the Church.

Order a print of Byzantine Icon of the Anastasis – The Anastasis (Harrowing of Hades) or Resurrection icon reveals Jesus Christ descending into Hades, shattering its gates, and raising Adam and Eve from the tomb in His victorious Resurrection. Christ stands upon the broken doors of Hades, trampling down death by death and granting life to those in the tombs.

Christ is Risen from the dead trampling down death by death and upon those in the tombs bestowing life.

Did you know?
Early Christians used to read the entire Bible.
But as life got busier, the Church adapted—creating selected readings for worship, while still encouraging people to read the Gospels on their own at home. 📖

If diving into the Gospels feels intimidating, you’re not alone. But here’s something encouraging:
Each gospel takes under 3 hours with Mark’s taking under 2!

Did you know that early Christians in the East once made it a custom to read all of Scripture from beginning to end?

Over time, as taking an entire week off became more difficult, the Church thoughtfully arranged selected readings-while still encouraging believers to read the Gospels personally at home.

If diving into the Gospels feels intimidating, you're not alone. But here's something encouraging: the Gospel of John can be read in under 3 hours.
