Last week we were back supplying one of regular school customers with lighting, sound and video equipment for their school show.

Their productions take place in the school’s sports hall which doesn’t have any technical equipment installed.

We supplied a basic LED lighting system controlled by our Jands Stage CL. Our NEXO point source system was deployed for audio, along with our Shure QLXD wireless microphones and ALLEN & HEATH QU-24 for control. Our 5x3m projection screen was used for projecting all the shows backdrops. We also supplied a pipe and drape system to create a backstage area.

Bit of a different job yesterday.

We had the pleasure of supplying Steve from A.C. Entertainment Technologies with some of our NEXO Geo M10 system for a demo over in Doncaster.

We were asked to supply 6 Geo M10 boxes along with 4 MSUB18’s and 2 of our NXAMP4x2’s.

The festivities continue 🎄🎅🏼

Last week we had the pleasure of working with Kirkham Grammar School at St Michael’s Church in Kirkham for their 2025 carol service.

We used lighting fixtures from Prolights and Prolight Concepts Group to transform the church, adding atmosphere whilst complementing the carols sang by the school’s choir.

Another successful Carols At The Castle at the weekend!

We were back working with Love Clitheroe for their annual event at Clitheroe castle band stand, kicking off the festive season in Clitheroe!

This year we decided to use our new eLumen8 Evora CMY300’s from Prolight Concepts Group and WOW those things are punchy for their size!! Throwing incredible beams and air fx’s all the way up to the castle 🤩

A big shout out to our crew who worked hard and battled the elements to get the event up and down in a day. Great work team 💪🏻

Another successful Gunpowder Ball with Spinal Injuries Association last week.

The team were down in London last week to provide full production to the SIA’s Gunpowder Ball. A new venue meant new challenges but the team overcame them to deliver a fantastic night of fundraising for the charity.

A big thank you to our friends at the SIA for getting us involved in another fantastic event.

Did you know we do audio???

At the weekend we had the pleasure of providing a full audio package to Confessional Festival Blackburn

We deployed our NEXO GEO M10 line array for the main FOH system, along with our P12 speakers (fitted with PS asymmetrical fl**ge) for front fills.

For the monitor package we, again, deployed P12’s in their standard 60° x 60° configuration. All powered and controlled by our NXAMP’s!

For control, we had our ALLEN & HEATH Avantis at FOH which ran down to our DX168 stage boxes. We also supplied a full band mic package, including our rock solid Shure QLXD radio mics.

NEW ADDITIONS TO THE HIRE STOCK!!

We have are pleased to introduce our latest additions to our lighting hire stock.

The eLumen8 CMY300, 740ZP & Meteor 784IP batten.

We were really impressed with these fixtures after having demo’d them earlier in the year. They are feature packed and at a great price point. These will replace some of our older fixtures from our budget friendly range.

A big thanks to Chris from Prolight Concepts Group who has been great over the last couple of months. From the many demo’s and shootouts that led to our decision to delivery of the kit yesterday he has been a pleasure to work with.

The fixtures are already on our hire stock and already out working on events and festivals this weekend.

Yesterday’s job was a bit of quirky one.

We were asked by the AO Arena to create an immersive audio experience for the ASM Global leaders summit.

We created a soundscape designed to recreate the atmosphere of the arena on an event as the delegates walked down the artists corridor and into the arena bowl itself for their evening meal and entertainment.

We also used some lighting to add a little atmosphere to the loading yard as the delegates arrived at the arena by coach.

THE SHOW WITH ALL THE SMOKE 💨

Last week we had the pleasure of working with Ella Shaw's Academy of Arts on their production of Aladdin Jr The Grand Venue

We supplied extra lighting fixtures along with plenty of smoke machines. We used 2 CHAUVET Professional Cloud 9 low foggers, 2 Equinox VertiJets from Prolight Concepts Group, 1 Jem ZR35 and a Unique 2.1 hazer.

A big thanks to Ella & Kathrin who trusted our decision to use so many different variants of smoke 😅 we think it looked great!
