Want to know what actually sets digiLED apart from the hundreds of LED screen “manufacturers” out there?

Our Technical Marketing Manager, Ross Noonan, recently sat down with David Kemshall on the Leaders & Legends podcast. They covered how we approach bespoke LED work for arenas, immersive spaces and complex installs, some of the projects that stand out (including work at the O2 and large stadium builds), and why our model of designing, overseeing production and standing behind the finished screen is different from the usual approach in this market.

They also got into the more personal side of things. Ross talked openly about mental health, the lessons that stuck with him, becoming a dad for the first time, and the realities that come with it.

One of our favourite moments is when he refers to his three-month-old son as a “thing”. 🤣It’s a good mix of how we work and one of the people behind the work.

Come & explore SeaWorld San Diego's Immersive Shark Encounter 🦈

The Shark Encounter exhibit reopened in May 2026 following the biggest refresh of the attraction since the habitat first opened in 1992.

Following the successful collaboration on SeaWorld’s Jewels of the Sea attraction, digiLED once again worked alongside AVI-SPL’s XTG division to deliver custom designed LED screens for the immersive attraction.

This time, a combination of fine-pitch ceiling displays & curved LED walls was integrated throughout Shark Encounter, helping connect the physical aquarium environment with immersive digital content while keeping the live sharks firmly at the heart of the experience.

What a start to the playoffs for the Tampa Bay Rays! ⚾🔥

Following an incredible regular season, the Rays have carried that momentum straight into October, taking a 2–0 lead over the New York Yankees in the American League Division Series.

Last night saw another win at Tropicana Field, with the Rays beating the Yankees 5–2 to move just one victory away from the next round of the playoffs.

And the atmosphere at the Trop has certainly matched the occasion! Game 1 welcomed a sellout crowd of 40,542 fans – the Rays’ biggest home crowd since 2010 🙌

It’s fantastic to see Tropicana Field packed for playoff baseball, with our LED displays continuing to provide the backdrop to all the action.

One more win… Go Rays!! ⚾💙

A huge congratulations to the Tampa Bay Rays, who celebrated a 6–1 win over the Yankees this week to secure their first division title since 2021! ⚾🏆

With just four games remaining in the regular season, our attention will soon turn to the playoffs - and we’re excited to be cheering them on.

It’s also been great to see our LED displays continuing to provide the backdrop to the action at Tropicana Field, with members of our US team getting the chance to cheer on the Rays in person too! 💙
