10 years of Rock On Ruby x NOTHS… and somehow here we are handing a Dragon a bag of T-shirts 😂🐉

We headed to the Not On The High Street 20th birthday celebrations and had the most amazing day celebrating two decades of brilliant small businesses 🤩🙌

ROR has been a NOTHS partner for around half of that time, which feels pretty crazy when we think back to where we started. 🥹

And then we got to meet Sara Davies MBE and gift her some Rock On Ruby merch for her Mind Your Business Podcast 🎙️ podcast - including a very appropriate SHY BAIRNS GET NOWT tee 👀 (IYKYK)

From uploading our first products and wondering if someone might actually buy one… to this.

Small business really does take you to some unexpected places. ❤️

Well, this has made our day 😭🩷

Remember those caps we made for the Capital breakfast team a few months ago?!

Turns out they’ve officially made it into the holiday wardrobe ✈️☀️

Seeing wearing her Only Here For The Sangria cap on holiday is exciting enough… but the matching mini cap?! 🥹

Okay, we’re doing something we’ve NEVER done before… 👀📸

If you’ve followed ROR for a while, you’ll know that most of the time when you see someone wearing our clothes… it’s us. 😂

Me, Team ROR, friends, family… basically anyone we can persuade to get in front of the camera.

But, ROR isn’t about us. It’s about the people who wear it. ❤️

So this year, we want to do things a little differently.

We’ve got our big Christmas photoshoot coming up and we’re inviting around 5 people from the ROR community to come and spend the morning with us, wear some ROR and show us how YOU style it. 💃

And before you think “I could never do a photoshoot…” - GOOD. 😂

We’re not looking for professional models. You don’t need to know your angles. You definitely don’t need to know what to do with your hands. 🫣

You just need to be up for a laugh and fancy giving it a go!!

Aww Dolly… 😢 what an icon! What a beautiful soul 👸🏼

There really was nobody quite like her. 💔✨

At Rock On Ruby, we’ve always had a soft spot for women who refuse to make themselves smaller - and Dolly Parton might have been the ultimate example.

Big hair. Big outfits. Big personality. An even bigger heart. ❤️

She was funny, BRILLIANTLY self-aware, ambitious, kind and completely unapologetic about being exactly who she was. 💁‍♀️

She built an extraordinary career on doing things her own way, never seemed to take herself too seriously and somehow managed to make the world feel a little brighter while she was at it. 🥹

And beneath all the rhinestones was an incredible generosity - from giving millions of books to children through her Imagination Library to quietly supporting causes and communities that mattered to her.

So today we’re sharing a few of the Dolly words that have made us laugh, inspired us and occasionally made us think YES. THAT. ❤️

The world has lost a little bit of its sparkle today.

But what a legacy she leaves behind. ✨

Rest in peace, Queen Dolly. 🩷🤠

One of our favourite things about ROR is that we genuinely NEVER know what we’re going to be making next.

One minute it’s a 2008 Year Tee… the next we’re embroidering “I got a price tag on this heavy head of mine” onto a cord cap 😭
