📣 Update for Salford Red Devils Fans
We’re aware that some customers are experiencing delays with orders placed through the Salford RLFC shop hosted on Shocal.
To explain how things work: Shocal processes the orders and handles the final delivery to customers, but all stock, packing, and preparation of merchandise is managed directly by Salford RLFC. We can only deliver once the club has prepared the items and notified us that they’re ready.
At the moment, the club is working through a backlog, which is causing delays. As soon as Salford provides Shocal with estimated delivery dates for any outstanding orders, we will update every customer straight away.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we want to reassure you that the hold‑up is not on Shocal’s side. We’re in regular contact with the club and supporting them however possible.
