Living with ADHD means my brain is basically a browser with 47 tabs open at all times. 🧠✨

Turns out, spending your days surrounded by crystals, aromatherapy, and the having Access Bars sessions is actually a pretty decent coping strategy. Who knew?

The grounding energy of the shop, the scent of essential oils in the air, the stillness that follows an Access Bars treatment — my nervous system didn’t know what had hit it (in the best way).

I didn’t plan to build a wellness space that also happened to support my own wellbeing. But here we are. 🌿
