We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our longtime friend and colleague, Augie Balzano.

Augie was part of the Jacobson family for more than 40 years, retiring in February 2025 just shy of his 45th anniversary with us. As a longtime Jacobson delivery driver, Augie was a familiar face to generations of our customers throughout New England, and the relationships he built over the years extended far beyond simply making deliveries.

Nearly 45 years is an extraordinary legacy. We are grateful for Augie's many years of dedication, friendship, and service to Jacobson and to our customers.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, former coworkers, and the many customers who came to know him over the years. He will be greatly missed.
