North Shore Exchange is seeking a Store Manager for our flagship Glencoe location — a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong eye for luxury fashion, exceptional people skills, and experience in retail or resale management.

This role will lead daily store operations, oversee staff and volunteers, drive sales performance, and help deliver the elevated customer experience our community knows us for.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• polished, proactive, and highly organized
• experienced in luxury retail or resale
• confident leading teams and managing operations
• passionate about fashion, service, and community impact

Tuesday–Saturday | 35–40 hours/week
Occasional Sundays, Mondays & special events

🔎 What we’re looking for:
Handbags & purses, costume + fine jewelry, contemporary clothing (think J.Crew, Zara, Lululemon, H&M), men’s pieces + accessories, furs, and art.

❌ What we can’t accept:
Items that are ripped, stained, or broken, plus pajamas, undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear.

Drop off at any boutique, our Intake Center, or warehouse during open hours!

Have a larger donation? We may be able to pick up—submit the form at the link in our bio.
